As described in our Terms & service, C Panel backups older than 90 days in a customer account may be removed from the server at our discretion.. If an account has high disk space reaching a few GB's it will not be backed up .Please download any C Panel backups and store them locally. Any C Panel backups older than 90 days are subject to removal by our system administrators.
